Our Camps are aimed at boys and girls aged 4 - 18 years old, all abilities and are geared for players to develop their core hockey skills, games play and team skills in a relexed and enjoyable environment. The camps are centred around the Spider Hockey Coaching Concept of "Strengthening your web of hockey skills". The Stronger web of core skills, the greater the players success.

WEEKLY TRAINING SQUAD

Spider Hockey Coaching offers players a chance to join the Spider Squad and receive specialist, quality hockey coaching through a 90 minute session delivered weekly.

The Spider Squad is aimed at boys and girls in P4 up to S6 who have aspiration to play School 1^stXI, 2^nd XI, District and National level Hockey.

The "Spider Squad" is geared towards strengthening your web of hockey skills through specialised coaching in a small group. Participants will have the chance to develop hockey skills away from their school and club environment. Emphasis is placed on developing players' individual core basics in a relaxed environment.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Spider Hockey Coaching offers injured players of all ages and abilities, an opportunity to receive expert physiotherapy, in order to help them get playing hockey again quickly. Sound practical advice, treatment and rehabilitation are offered by a fully qualified experienced chartered physiotherapist.

FITNESS/NUTRITION/SPORT SCIENCE

Spider Hockey Coaching offers Hockey Fitness Progamme advice and Nutritional expertise. In addition, Sport Science and Fitness testing is available from a fully qualified experieced Sports Scientist with expertise and knowledge developed through working with many sports.

FOUNDER OF SPIDER HOCKEY COACHING

Euan Miller former Scottish Internationalist Hockey Player and Full-time Assistant High Performance Hockey Coach at the prestigious Glasgow School of Sport has developed Spider Hockey Coaching.

Euan has put into practice his experience gained over 21 years of coaching and playing to develop a unique specialist, quality and fun, coaching experience.

Euan has worked with countless young players who have gone to play representative national youth level for Scotland and higher. He has also coached Top players such as Olympian Laura Bartlett and Youth Olympian Kenny Bain.
