EM Evolve High Performance Hockey Camp
I am delighted to bring to you my new signature EM Evolve High Performance Hockey Camp. We have teamed up with Primo Performance Coaching to bring you a high quality hockey coaching week with some key educational aspects to help prepare you as a player and take your game to the next level. Participants will also take part in fitness testing and from the results will take home an individual programme tailored for them.
Camp 1 (Age S1-S3)
Date: July 15th – 19th
Camp 2 (Age S4-S6)
Date: July 22nd – 26th
Time: 10am-4pm
Venue: The High School of Glasgow, 637 Crow Road, Glasgow G131PL
Places: 32 each week
Cost : £250
Criteria to attend: School A team minimum and/or District, Brave, National, Glasgow School of Sport
Sessions
Sessions will be led by myself, Euan Miller with a highly qualified coaching team assisting to help you take your skills, game play and athleticism to the next level.

- Small sided games based learning
- Individual Technical focus
Education
Within the week you will take part in 2 workshops
- Developing a growth mindset for performance sport, education and life
- Nutrition for performance sport and health
Fitness Testing
Participants will receive the following
- CMJ TEST
- SL CMJ TEST
- 505 AGILITY TEST
- 30-15 IFT (Used by Great Britain Hockey)
Take Home programmes
- Testing feedback with Individual areas of focus
- Dynamic warm up protocols
- Cool-down protocols and PNF stretching guide
- Conditioned programme based on 30-15 IFT results
- Strength programme for completion at home or in a gym based on individual fitness testing results
